CBS News is an American news television station owned by CBS (Columbia Broadcasting System). 

Until April 2021, the president of CBS News was Susan Zirinsky, who assumed the position on March 1, 2019, as the first woman to serve as president of the network's news division. On April 15, 2021, CBS Television Stations and CBS News announced that they would merge into one entity, CBS News and Television Stations. At the same time, it was decided that the position of president of the new entity would be shared by two people. Neeraj Khemlani was named president of CBS News and Television Stations, along with Wendy McMahon .
